Q I have forgotten my password, how can I get a reminder ?

A On the home page of our website there is a link to Sign In, in here you will find a link to Forgotten Password option. Enter your email address and an automatically generated email will be sent to you. We have no way of accessing your password details.

 

Q I have an account but no login for the website.  How do I get a login ?

A Your local branch or Account  Manager can arrange this for you.  Please Contact Us and we can arrange that for you.

 

Q I don’t have an Account, can I still order online ?

A Yes of course.  If you would like to pay by Credit or Debit card please Register and then you can shop online.  You can save addresses, view your order history and securely save card details to speed up checkout.

Alternatively should you prefer to open an Account  you can down an Account Application form here.

 

Q How do I know if you have received my order ?

A Once you have placed your order it will show in your Web Order History.  This can be accessed by clicking on Account and going to Web Order History icon.

Also, once we have received your order you will receive an Order Confirmation and then a few minutes later a Reference Confirmation email which has details of your delivering branch.

 

Q I need to find out about the delivery of my order, who should I contact ?

A Once you have placed your order you will have received a Reference Confirmation email.  This email contains details of the branch who will be making the delivery.  You can contact the branch directly  regarding your order.

 

Q I need to cancel my order, who should I contact ?

A To cancel an order please contact the delivering branch.  They will be able to help you with this.
