The highly alkaline formula contains an in-built scale inhibitor that eliminates scale formation while ensuring excellent results. Recommended use to clean crockery in cafés, canteens and restaurants in hot or cold water. Effective at removing protein and tannin stains. Provide excellent soil removal of stains, fats and dried on food from glasses, cutlery and crockery. Not suitable for use on aluminium, zinc or other alloys. Dispense using an external automatic dosing system or integral dosing pump.
