BCHS Bristol has been in its current location in Avonmouth since April 2010, previously based in South Bristol. The branch is open from 8.30 am to 5 pm, though the warehouse is open at 7 am. We welcome existing and potential customers to the branch for a site visit to offer an overview of what we can do and how we do it, with some expertise from our experienced staff and suppliers. Bristol has a team of 19 dedicated staff, many of whom have long service awards. Lianne Dicks is our brilliant Customer Service Manager with many years of experience. Lianne manages all aspects of customer service and heads up a team of three customer service advisors. The team has decades of loyal and dedicated service to our customers. The distribution team also benefits from long-standing, experienced employees consisting of eight warehouse staff and five drivers who go above and beyond regularly to ensure our customers receive amazing customer service.
