Q: I have forgotten my password, how can I get a reminder?
A: On the homepage of our website, there is a link to Sign In, in here you will find a link to the Forgotten Password option. Enter your email address and an automatically generated email will then be sent to you. We have no way of accessing your password details.
Q: I have an account but no login for the website. How do I get a log in?
A: Your local branch or Account Manager can arrange this for you. Please Contact Us and we can arrange that for you.
Q: I don't have an account, can I still order online?
A: Yes of course. If you would like to pay by Credit or Debit card, please register and then you can shop online. You can save addresses, view your order history and securely save card details to speed up the checkout.
Alternatively, if you should prefer to open an account, you can fill out an Account Application form here.
Q: How do I know if you have received my order?
A: Once you have placed your order it will show in your Web Order History. This can be accessed by clicking on Account and going to the Web Order History icon.
Also, once we have received your order you will receive an Order Confirmation and then a few minutes later a Reference Confirmation email which has details of your delivering brand.
Q: I need to find out about the delivery of my order, who should I contact?
A: Once you have placed your order you will have received a Reference Confirmation email. This email contains details of the branch that will be making the delivery. You can contact the branch directly regarding your order.
Q: I need to cancel my order, who should I contact?
A: To cancel your order please contact the delivering branch. They will be able to help you with this.
Q: Can I recycle my used Alkaline Batteries purchased through the BCHS?
A: Yes - You can return all used Alkaline batteries to our Head Office store at:
